All went well untill the fuel pump broke! The runs done here showed where some weaknesses were, such as the oil filter geting bashed by the front diff on heavy landings and the pedals didn't feel right. So, off to the workshop and changed things as shown below.
The engine bay became organised, sort of.
| On top of the pedal box is the ignition coil and driver pack. | The right side of the transmission tunel has the brake
pipes and the batery feed to the starter. The left side has the fuel and
coolant pipes. |
This corner is a bit busy, as well as the intake snorkle there is the fuel pump, swirl pot and power resistors for the injectors |
Brake servo and master. Damper. |

This space is reserved for a fuel cooler. |
| Conduit with lights, indicator and horn wires in arrives in this corner. | The gearbox oil cooler will be moved from here to the rear infront of the radiator fans. Instead this area gets the engine oil cooler and remote filter. |
This corner has the power steering resevoir. |

The pedals were modified to maximise leg room and to give the same free hight. |
